Please supply all allergen and dietary requirements on confirmation of final numbers at least 7 days in advance to your event. It is the event organiser's responsibility to alert rad.ish of any allergen requirements in advance of the event. We take every care over allergens, staff are allergen trained and we have controls in place to ensure risks are minimised. However rad.ish operates in a kitchen that handles nuts and products containing nut traces and other allergens and therefore cannot take any responsibility for any medical issues caused as a result of nut consumption or allergy flare.

Quote prices are based on an example food menu and include all prep, ingredients and time. Some menu items may have different costs relating to them and this will affect the invoice amount. Staff are charged for a minimum of 4 hours, anything over will be charged at an hourly rate in a final invoice post event. Other additional charges will include additional services & any breakages or loss to hire equipment. To ensure the safety and well being of the staff a taxi charge will be applied for any staff member working after 23:30. Any last minute changes to the menu or event requirements will render the original quote exempt, with a new quote required. To secure your event date & be booked in we require an upfront deposit of 10% made payable to: RAD.ISH FOOD SERVICES LIMITED. With 80% payable two weeks in advance, and 10% payable after the event. Online card payments using Stripe are subject to 1.9% service fees. Please notify us if you wish to use this payment method in advance so we can include the fees, otherwise the fee will be added to final invoicing. Your event is not guaranteed until receipt of payment which confirms you agree to all terms and conditions. All payments are non refundable.
